Questions we hear every week
Does my hybrid battery need replacing, or just a check?
Most packs we see are fine and only a few cells are weak. Our hybrid battery health check tests every cell and gives you a plain-English verdict before anyone mentions replacement.
Will an ECU remap void my warranty or fail a WOF?
A WOF does not inspect engine software. Our maps stay within safe factory limits and leave no fault codes. If your vehicle is still under a new-car warranty we will talk you through the options first.
How long does a DPF or AdBlue fix take?
Diagnosis is within the hour. Most DPF regenerations and AdBlue repairs are done the same day, and we will call with a fixed price before we start.
Can I wait while my car is serviced?
Yes. Express and Extensive services take one to two hours. Tell us in the notes when you book online and we will keep the kettle on.
Do you work on European cars still under dealer servicing?
Yes. We use dealer-level diagnostic tools for BMW, Mercedes-Benz, Audi, Volkswagen and Volvo, and we update the digital service record so your history stays complete.
